Clear scope.
A considered handover.
These terms cover the $500 business website concepts offered by Still Orbit. Separately quoted custom projects have their own written scope. Questions are welcome at hello@stillorbit.studio.
The website you’re purchasing
Your purchase is for the complete website concept shown in the preview named at checkout, including its shown pages, gallery and responsive layouts. It is for the depicted business or an authorized representative of that business. Purchasing a concept does not make the preview your official website automatically.
One price, two ways to pay
The total website purchase price is $500 USD. You may pay $500 upfront or $250 to start, followed by $250 after you approve the final preview and before launch and editable file handover. There is no installment surcharge or ongoing subscription. The remaining $250 is requested separately when due; it is not an automatic recurring charge.
The amount due now is shown before you pay. The total must be paid before we publish on your domain or hand over editable files. Domain registration, hosting charges and third-party services are separate and require your approval. Any applicable tax will be shown before payment.
What is included
- The complete shown responsive website and its included content and gallery.
- One consolidated round of up to ten text, photo or contact-detail updates within the shown layout. Errors we introduced are corrected at no charge and do not count toward the ten updates.
- Setup on a supported host, Netlify or Cloudflare Pages, and connection to a domain you control.
- Connection of the included contact form to an agreed supported service, such as Netlify Forms or a form-to-email service, followed by a test that verifies delivery.
- Editable source files and included assets, design-system notes, and instructions for editing, deployment and rollback.
- Seven calendar days after verified handover to report reproducible defects within this scope. Defects reported in that window remain included until resolved.
From checkout to launch
After checkout, send your setup details. We verify the payment, review the information and confirm the next steps and delivery schedule by email. You approve the final facts, imagery and preview before we replace your official website. For a split payment, the balance is due at that point. We then verify your live website and deliver the handover package.
You keep control of your domain and hosting account. Use an invitation or another agreed secure access method; please do not email passwords. We will not move or replace your existing website without your approval. If required information, access or approval is missing, the delivery schedule pauses until it is provided.
Content, files and ownership
We provide the editable website source and the rights we hold in our original work after full payment. Your existing branding and materials remain yours. Third-party photos, fonts, software and other assets retain their original licenses; we do not sell exclusive ownership of them. Please confirm that you can authorize the use of the materials you supply or approve. Any asset that cannot be used on the live website must be replaced with approved material before launch.
Changes beyond the preview
A new design direction, additional pages or features, CMS, booking engine, online store, payment integration, custom backend, ongoing maintenance and third-party subscriptions are not included unless explicitly added in writing. We quote extra work before proceeding. We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, increase in inquiries or revenue.
Refunds
You can request a full refund of the amount paid before customization or source-file transfer begins. We will confirm by email when customization is starting. If Still Orbit cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will refund the payment for that scope. Once customization has begun, contact us so we can review the work completed and agree a resolution; these terms do not promise a full refund after customization or file transfer. Fees paid directly to a domain registrar, host or other provider follow that provider’s policy.
Contact and records
Keep your checkout receipt, the preview link and any agreed scope changes. We use your contact and project details to deliver the work, as described in our privacy notice.
